After Passing 12th School gives different certificates like School Leaving Certificate (TC), 12th Marksheet, 12th Passing Certificate, Character Certificate and Migration Certificate. These are all provided by the school, School may take time to give you as it is issued after marksheet and generally it is given late. Migration is and important document as it shows that you have no dues with your previous Board/University and now you can change Your University/Board. So it is required while admission in college.

As per your marks, and considering you as a general category as you have not specified your category you will not be able to get DU in any cut-off. You need minimum of 82% to get DU in last rounds. If you come from any category leaving OBC (as it is not much different from general) there is some chance, you can get DU in 4-7 cut-off list.

No. Both are different. After Passing CBSE 12th, you will get two certificates. One is your 12th Marksheet which is green in color. And the second is your passing Certificate which shows you have passed 12th with certain number of marks in different subjects. It is yellow in color. Other than these, you also receive a CBSE Migration Certificate and Character Certificate by your school/board.

You can do any animation course available privately. There is no degree for this career. You have to pursue B.Sc. For this. Or you can have a Diploma in Animation. For Animation you may have to learn some Computer Languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc.
