You are already pursuing your 11th, so your 12th will continue with the same board which you are currently in unless you want to change. It doesn't matter as long as the education boards are recognized and you have a good percentile.

Presently, there is acute shortage of pilots in India. You can surely make dreams of your parents come true if you join a flying school. Luckily eligibility is 12th with PCM.

Yes, surely, you can get this university if your rank is under 2 lakhs if you belong to general category.
