You must evaluate quality of school based on teaching quality and help from school in medical entrance coaching, not based on type of board. If all parameters are same in your choices of school, then you may opt for CBSE school.

It is necessary to complete your class 12th from a recognized board. The universities in foreign countries are aware of Indian education boards.

It depends on the country. In US it does not matter which board you are from. In UK SAT is not required. Similarly, every country would have different requirements.

You should be thorough with the chapter and concepts. Doing past question paper helps a lot.
