1-Identify the need. What certification course do you want to start? Why do you think there is a need for it? Who is your target audience? Once you have a good understanding of the need for your course, you can start to develop it.
2-Research the market. What other certification courses are available in the same field? What are their strengths and weaknesses? How can you make your course better?

To be eligible for ZICA Indore certificate courses, the minimum required eligibility criteria is Class 10 pass in any stream from a recognised board.
