Yes, Tolani Maritime Institute offers a 10-month certification course. The total seat intake for this course at TMI is 40. This course is offered in Electro-Technical Officer (ETO). The structure of this course includes a four-month on-shore and a six months on-board training. This ETO certification course is approved by Directorate General of Shipping, Govt.
