Certificates are generally different than diplomas - first these are short term courses (sometimes hourly) and also because they are given out to students who have passed a particular course of study not necessarily related to high school graduation requirements.
Diploma programs offer a more in-depth curriculum than a certificate, they are for a longer period depending on the course. But they are not at par with the degree.
Now coming to FTI Hyderabad - Certificate course is for 60 hours whereas Diploma is a 3 months course in Acting course.

If you want to apply for any course or any job under "SC quota" you have to submit SC certificate. So, it is important you should have the SC certificate.

Hi,The fees for this is year wise, you've to deposit the fees year wise like in the starting you've to give the fees then after completing 1st year the 2nd year.

With your 12th Marks - it seems very difficult for DU admission.
Sikh Minority Certificate might have helped (but not with this score).
