UGC NET e-certificate 2019 will be issued to the qualified students by UGC NET bureau after results. The information which UGC NET e- certificate contains is-
e- Certificate number
UGC ref. Number
Roll no. Candidate's name
Parent's name
Exam session and month
Subject for which candidate has appeared
Result date
Expiry date (if any)
Date of issuance
Candidate's photograph
By misfortune if a candidate loses the e- certificate and he/she wants the duplicate one. Then they have to submit a copy of self-attested FIR along with Demand draft and letter to UGC NET Bureau. The demand draft should be of 100 INR prepared on the name of UGC secretary.

It is really sad to know you lost such an important document.
The University provides you with one original degree certificate upon graduation. Duplicate originals are not permitted but you can obtain certified copies or order a True Copy. You can obtain ONE true copy of your degree certificate.
Application to Request Duplicate Degree/Diploma/Certificate. A candidate can apply for issue a Duplicate University Degree/Diploma/Certificate subject to the following conditions and Guidelines:
1. The online form, application letter and declaration in the prescribed format should be filled and signed by the candidate.

Migration certificate is only needed, if you seek admission into any other university whether it is in your home state or in other. You will get it by the University from which you completed your course. Migration certificate is also sought after clearing class 12th at the time of admission to any course. That one is provided by the School. If you are taking admission in the same university in which you already did your UG, then it is not necessary for you to show.
