PGDM from a recognized college will be accepted, your institution must be recognized by UGC. The college in Canada may further require credential evaluation. You may also look for PGDM in Canada.

You can get your OBC certificate only from Bihar because for getting OBC certificate, you need various other certificates. State eligibility just depends on from where you have given your class 12th.

Just upload that Pwd certificate and during JoSAA counselling, show the right format Pwd certificate or you can upload an application instead of that I have no Pwd certificate and I will upload the Pwd certificate soon in the given date.

No requirement of domicile certificate but the college might ask you for transfer certificate or migration certificate, if that is applicable.

It's quite surprising that while filling online form you are making so many errors. Okay. It's all right. Normally speaking entities which control online registration have known this problem and they usually make a window of correction available after completion of the registration process. You can wait for this or approach site helpline or administrator for advise.
