It's quite surprising that while filling online form you are making so many errors. Okay. It's all right. Normally speaking entities which control online registration have known this problem and they usually make a window of correction available after completion of the registration process. You can wait for this or approach site helpline or administrator for advise.

Yes, regeneration of caste certificate needed if it is dated in 2017. Generally, it should not be older than 6 months. So apply for the same again.

There are two different lists of OBC's. One is a state list and other is central list. For admission in Maharashtra or say Delhi, the respective state government list of OBC will be accepted. However, when seats are filled on an all India basis like in NIT or IIT, only those who figure in central list will be considered. Best wishes.

Hi Sneha, yes, these certificates will give you plus points in admission. You can get admission via the reserved seats of the NCC quota. So go ahead, apply for the admission.
