Please elaborate your question and specify gap and number of years, if there is 1 year gap between your 12th and admission then it won't be a problem and no certificate will be asked for. Otherwise, very few colleges ask for a gap certificate.

My input is based on the belief that you intend to switch profession on the completion of the course. Let me tell you that there are no quick-fix certification courses which will help you switch from IT to finance/ banking. I also understand that you don't want to discontinue working and go for an MBA (Finance). As the cliche goes, there are no shortcuts to success, so be prepared for a long haul. The best course available there is Certified Financial Analyst (or CFA see details in CFA Institute website at CFA Institute). Yes, it is indeed an undergraduate program of 3 years. It holds a good market value as any other graduation course.

Are you sure about this college offering certificate course in French? At least I could not find one. But in general, fees for certificate courses is about Rs.5K. I am attaching a link of the college. Please let me also know if I gave made an error. thanks.

Cyber security certificate values a lot if you want to pursue a career in cyber security in future.
But you can first learn ethical hacking and when you are confident enough that you have cleared your basics, apply for the test and get the certificate.
