The higher levels of judiciary i.e. high court and Supreme Court generally deal with the matters that involve a substantial question of law. Now, while adjudicating these matters, the principles of Constitutional Law come into the picture. Most of these matters have fundamental principles of Constitutional Law in some form or the other. Therefore, having a good and in-depth knowledge of Constitutional Law while practicing in High Court or Supreme Court is highly essential.

Pursuing a diploma in any of the course has several benefits of its own. These range from getting additional insight into that area of law to plus point in CV which would further help in getting jobs. If you plan on pursuing a certificate/diploma/ PG diploma course in International Trade law, the first and foremost benefit would be your additional knowledge in that subject area of law. There might be the case that in your normal Degree Program, the course might not have been covered in that length or some new insights were not provided to you. The importance of pursuing a certificate or diploma course in Information Technology cannot be highlighted in the present day. A major chunk of crimes today is being done online attracting the provisions of Information Technology Law. These range from getting additional insight into that area of law to plus point in CV which would further help in getting jobs. To know about the details regarding faculty, I would suggest you to visit the center and get in touch with the students who are currently enrolled there and have a word with them, as they will be in a better position to inform you about the faculties there.
