I would not agree with that, Chandigarh University and its affiliated institution, UILS (University Institute of Legal Studies), are not inherently bad. Though, it's important to note that opinions about an institution can vary among individuals based on their personal experiences and perspectives.
The academic offerings and infrastructure at Chandigarh University have grown in popularity and reputation. It provides a selection of subjects for students to succeed in their chosen fields. The UILS, in particular, focuses on legal studies and offers both undergraduate and postgraduate programs in law with various subjetcs to choose from.

The syllabus for the course is well structured and the lectures are well planned, this covering the entire curriculum systematically. The college life at UILS Department of Chandigarh University is much enjoyable, lovely and absolutely distinct. UILS is energetic, people are very friendly and alwats ready to help others. The academic environmemt is perfect and faculty is very supportive. It is one of the best law schools and college life here is at par with already established academic excellence. extra and co curricular activities keep happening all over the year. it is a big university do students can roam around freely outside the classes during their free time to have some fun with friends.
