Yes, you can apply there, you need to fill the registration form by going to the official website, it is a 3-year course
You will have to give written test and must have passed 12th with minimum 45% marks
The fee is between 16000-17000 per year.

Hi Garvit it is the good decision if you have taken admission in DAV College, Chandigarh but as you know colleges have different policies sometimes they don't refund you the whole fees and some part of it will be deducted from the fees that you have paid. So refund is not possible right now
