If we talk about placement in Pharmacy, LPU gives really good opportunities. Many top pharma companies like Cipla, Lupin, Sun Pharma, and Dr. Reddy's visit LPU for placements. LPU has tie-ups with industry, and they also give practical training, workshops, and internships which help us in getting placed. LPU also provides skill development classes, mock interviews, and placement training from the start. Students from LPU Pharmacy get placed not only in India but also abroad companies. The placement cell is very active and supportive. So, if someone is serious about a good career in Pharmacy, then LPU is a strong choice.

No, there is no need to know cooking before joining Hotel Management at Chandigarh University. At the university, the course starts from ground zero and you will get to learn each and everything.
There are proper labs at the university like Basic Training Kitchen, Bakery Lab, Quantity Food Production Lab, and more. You will be trained step by step, so no need to worry if you have never cooked before.
Hotel Management is not only about cooking. It also covers housekeeping, front office, restaurant service, and event handling. So even if cooking is new to you, there are many areas to explore.

Yes for taking admission in MBA programme at Chandigarh University, it is mandatory to give Chandigarh University Common Entrance Test (CUCET). The exam is very simple and easy. If you score well in CUCET then you can get a scholarship that reduces your fees a lot.
The university gives Rs. 210 Crores worth of scholarships for lots of courses in different fields. The scholarship details for CUCET 2025-26 are like if you score between 90.01 to 100 marks, you get a 100% scholarship. For 80 to 90 marks, the scholarship is 40%. If your score falls between 70 to 79.99, you get 30%. A score between 60 to 69.99 gets you 20%, and 50 to 59.

Yes, why not Chandigarh University is a really great option for airlines. The most recomended one is B.Sc. Airlibne and Airport Management.
And as far as I know, the university has strong collaborations with big names like Air India, Emirates, Qatar Airways, and singapore Airline. This means students get amazing placement opportunities after graduation. The university focuses on practical learning and global exposure, offering exchange programs with universities in New Zealand, France and Switzerland.
