To get admission to B.E. in CSE at Chandigarh University, one needs to have completed 12th grade with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.

Additionally, one must have studied either Chemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science, Biology, Informatics Practice, or Information Technology as compulsory subjects requiring the above subjects.

The minimum aggregate marks should be 60%. In addition, you have to sit for CUCET, which is a compulsory addmission test. The CUCET score is important for admission and consideration for a scholarship. Eligibility will be determined according to your CUCET score and 12th marks qualified cuttoffs.

There is no entrance exam required to secure admission into B.Sc in Biotechnology at Chandigarh University. Admission is purely on the basis of qualifying marks in class 12th according to eligibility criteria, minimum 50% in 10+2 with relevant science subjects. Yet, if you would like scholarships, taking CUCET would be a smart move. You may stand a chance to catch up to a 100% scholarship based on your score; that would help cut down your fees a lot.
