Well, I am not aware about Chandigarh University, Being a part of LPU, I am much aware about the programme through my best friend. He told me about that how was his experience during his B.Tech CSE programme. The faculty are really amazing. They are well qualified from the re putative university and also highly experienced. The professors are always ready to help the student whether in academics and or in their life also. They are the really mentor to the student. The worth mentioning companies in which LPU B.Tech students have been placed are: B.Tech CSE: Google, Amazon, Eightfold. Ai, IBM, Infosys, Cloudera, the lowest India, CISCO, D. E Shaw India and many more. The highest package is of 62.72LPA and Average 6.2. These are the companies that visit to the campus for the placement every year are Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Eightfold. Well, I am not aware about Chandigarh University, Being an Alumni of LPU, I can give you some details related to the engineering programs offered by LPU which is ranked 9th in Computer Science subjects in India as per the Times higher education world university ranking 2022. and ranked 10th in Life Science and Engineering subjects in India as per the Times higher education world university ranking 2022.
1) The curriculum has been designed according to the international bench marks with the proper focus on the industrial based learning. A set of 4 to 6 elective courses in engineering minor is provided to enhance competency in the technical and/or emerging domain. (e. g for electronic and electrical- students taking courses in automobile/ robotics/ cybersecurity to build competency in this area).
2) Trainings, projects and guest lectures collaborated with industries help to learn from real life situations. Seminar and Project driven courses are designed to enhance technical and presentation skills.
