CU is a better option over RBU for BBA as it has little better brand value.

I can tell you about NSIT, after completing 4 years in BT, many students go for the core BT jobs and many don't. Others go for non technical jobs like analyst, consultant, etc. These jobs are also very good which offer you good pay. But the core BT jobs are less, and very LEDs companies visit campus for core BT jobs.

It totally depends on your interest. All the universities design the course to make their students industry ready. As far as job and package is concerned it totally depends on the negotiating capability of the student and performance of the student in terms of the scorecard and in the interview. So, wherever you seek admission just make sure that your scorecard is good.
