Hello Mahima,
As per the report of HRD ministry of GoI, more than 50% of fresh engineering graduates are jobless. In view of this I would advise you to go for B Sc Chemistry.

Hi,
It actually depends solely on your interest and place of residence but if you would go by institute then chemical engineering at NIT-Warangal is better. However, if you don't prefer chemical then I would suggest EE in NIT-Raipur.
I would suggest you to refer the syllabus of both the disciplines. Whichever you are interested in learning, you go ahead with that one.
NIT-Rourkela is also doing good enough so you can surely join there as it gives a very good scope for students in extracurricular activities and study is also extraordinary. Moreover, it has a nice curriculum with awesome placements and a good package.
It has some good profes

Hello Dhruv,
IIT, Chennai, is the top-ranked institute as per some reports. Also if the reports are correct it was the second preference choice of many students after IIT, Mumbai. So, for sureshot admission, you should try to obtain rank in top 100.

NITs are the premier engineering institutes in India. NIT Calicut is one these NITs and is pretty well known all over India. According to the National Institute ranking framework it stands at 44th rank among all the engineering colleges in India.
For Chemical Engineering out of 70 students who enrolled for placements only 38 were placed. Minimum salary offered was 4.5 LPA while the average salary offered was 7.4 LPA. Maximum package offered was 12.5 LPA. So the placements for chemical were decent at NIT Calicut.

It was established in 1969 and is one of the oldest engineering branches in Manipal and has its reputation.
I can say that faculty is not 100% best, not more than 4 to 5 professors are good with their subjects. Professors are really good and are ready to help you. The course structure is pretty good and equivalent to BITS (HOD used to be from BITS).
Excellent chemical engineering laboratories - Mass Transfer, Heat Transfer and a State of the art Process Control lab. The computer lab equipped with all the engineering software - CAD, Aspen, Matlab.
Practice School Policy. Students can do their final year projects outside the institutio

Agriculture, as well as chemicals both, constitute an essential part of one's life.
One fulfills the necessary food and grains necessary for living whereas the other constituting the products regarding daily care as well in medical purposes.
So both the branches find scope in the current and future world. One cannot distinguish both on the basis of the earnings as it may vary from person to person as well as locality.
Although it depends on person to person that which stream he/she wants to choose and want to pursue his or her career in.
One thing common in both the fields is that they provide a large scope in research.

Hi,
Employment of chemical engineers is projected to grow 2 percent from 2014 to 2024, slower than the average for all occupations. Demand for chemical engineers services depends largely on demand for the products of various manufacturing industries. The ability of these engineers to stay on the forefront of new emerging technologies will sustain employment growth.
Many chemical engineers work in industries that have output sought by many manufacturing firms. For instance, they work for firms that manufacture plastic resins, used to increase fuel efficiency in automobiles. Increased availability of domestically produced natural gas shoul
