National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli is the best college for Chemical Engineering. To be eligible for admissions at NIT Trichys B.Tech programme, aspirants need to satisfy the eligibility criteria of JEE Main and JoSAA which includes aspects like the candidate DOB, year of appearance in Qualifying Examination (QE), number of subjects in QE, number of attempts etc. For more information on the detailed eligibility criteria of JEE Main in NIT Trichy, click on the above link :-

You can get admission in ICT Mumbai but you need to either opt for JEE Mains or MHTCET as:
Admission is through counselling based on the rank obtained in Maharashtra Common Entrance Test MHCET for the 70% of the total seats (reserved for Maharashtra state candidates only)
Admission for the remaining 30% of the seats (All India seats) is through counselling based on the rank obtained in JEE Mains
* There is no provision for B.Tech lateral entry.

Whichever you find interesting. A relative of mine did Chemical Engineering and got placed in Infosys. A friend of mine did Aeronautical Engineering and is now jobless. If you are planning for MS in some foreign country like the US then Aeronautical Engineering would be a good option. So, choose wisely, after all, it's your future.
