Jobs opportunities for B.Sc. Chemistry are available but payment will be quite low (less than 15k per month) in private sector. You can join M.Sc. in Chemistry disciplines if you want to continue your career in Chemistry. MBA after B.Sc. Chemistry is a obvious change of career, since Chemistry career is about research and optimization of product/process or teaching if you are interested. If you are okay with changing career, then MBA can be an option.
