Now that you have the basics down, you can start studying for the exam. For example, in organic Chemistry you should begin by reading Clayden and Warren's book and learning about GOC, PI molecular orbitals for benzene, annulene, and various conjugated PI systems, stereochemistry, and various types of reactions and their mechanisms. Next, you should read about retrosynthesis, photochemistry, carbohydrate, amino acids, and spectroscopy (NMR, IR, UV-visible)
