The best Chemistry books for JEE Mains and advanced are Organic Chemistry by OP Tandon (good explanation of Organic Chemistry Physical Chemistry by OP Tandon (Best book for Physical Chemistry and Concise Inorganic Chemistry by JD Lee. In a single word, Yes, NCERT is more than enough to crack JEE Main with more than 99 percentile in Chemistry even for 100 Percentile.

Finally, if you are just taking basic inorganic Chemistry courses, and you are just getting started in Chemistry a general Chemistry text will be the best fit. It will also be useful for introductory courses on other branches of Chemistry. Our best recommendation for this case is Chemistry A Molecular Approach. Read your textbook, answer practice problems, and use online resources to increase your understanding of the subject. Choose a time of day where you are most alert. If inorganic Chemistry is the subject you struggle with the most, study it first so you are not too tired by other subjects.

Start with NCERT Books. Know the important chapters of Inorganic Chemistry. Focus on P, S, F, and D Block Elements
Look for The p-Block Elements that are high scoring. Go the Extra Mile. Focus on Previous Year Papers. List out the important formulae.

Some Basic Principles Of Organic Chemistry. P-block Elements. Coordination Compounds. Chemical Thermodynamics. However, candidates must complete the entire syllabus to score good marks in the exam to get top college and course.
