 I would Suggest BHU as it is a very reputed university. M.Sc. Chemistry is also better in BHU. Placements are equally god in NHU.

For B.Tech course, you can take branch only chemical. Don't go for other groups, better you take M.Sc seat. Go for chemistry course only. Both courses are better, but our choice take course admission only chemical or chemistry.

No, it is not mandatory to do the integrated program but you have to apply for the M.Sc. You just apply for it and don't go for the integrated courses.
