It totally depends on your interest that in which field you want to see yourself in future. You can choose either M.Sc Mathematics or M.Sc Chemistry, both the subjects has equal importance and opportunities. If you are good in mathematics, then go for M.Sc Maths. Best of luck.

No, you are not supposed to give chemistry paper again. Grace passing is accepted as passing marks. You will definitely get admission, don't worry about it. You have passed your 12th examination successfully.

As you are preparing for B.Sc. Chemistry, you will be asked questions from your 12th class syllabus including chemistry and mathematics as main subjects. So start your preparation for the same right now and try to solve all the previous year problems.
