You have to specify the college that you are aiming for. There are many colleges in the university. If you are aiming for Stephen's the top most them you need really high percentage. You may get in some other colleges with less marks as well.

Pursue any of this according to your interest. For getting government jobs, you need to clear exams like UPSC which has an optional paper. If you plan to choose PCM, as one of your optional paper go ahead with that subject. Anyway, choosing the subject in which you are most comfortable will elevate your preparation for other exams as you will have to give less time to the subject.
