For NDA, maths is compulsory in 12th. Please go through the notification provided on the UPSC website to know more. If you are really passionate about NDA then you can also consider it after UG through CDS/AFCAT and a slightly different line CAPF. You can also see this link:

No, you will have to complete B.Sc. Geography first. Better pursue Masters in your own subjects. You will have to go through the prospectus of the course provided by the college to know more about the admission procedure, fees, eligibility etc.
