Hello Niraj,
Firstly, admissions to colleges in TN is restricted to domiciles of that state only. Secondly, I want to bring to your notice that in India there are hardly any jobs for Aeronautical engineers. Thirdly as per report of HRD ministry, almost 50% fresh engineers did not get placed. Why go for any engineering then? I would advise you to think of doing three years AME course. Lots of opportunities of placements. Think over it.

If you want to take admission in good institutes, then you have to follow there procedure. In some states, the PPT exam are also conducted every year. In which college you want to take admission, and visit their official website for more information.

No, if you want to do M.Sc. in Chemistry, then maths is not necessary at all. If you are a student of science stream, then you are eligible to do M.Sc. in Chemistry.
