All these domains are great and have excellent career prospects in future. So, choose according to your interest and passion. Choose that branch which you like and understand the most. I will suggest to go for Master degree, it will help to understand subject in depth. In addition, it will give you a number of options for your future. In fact, B.Ed is not required for joining teaching in higher classes at university level.

Yes, obviously, but you could have chosen good technology or food processing technology as you have a very good background of microbiology and chemistry. This line provides you better scope but it's okay that you are doing Diploma in nutrition as this also has a bright career. Whatever you are doing, do it with all your focus and you will come out with bright colors.
