The structure of fees is different for the Diploma courses offered at MAAC, Raipur, based on the specialisation and duration of the course. A Diploma in Animation (2D or 3D), usually 12-18 months long, will cost about INR 1.2 to 2 lakh.

 In that sense, for a mid-tier city, it is indeed a reasonable price, combining good quality with affordability, though one could argue that "expensive" might be justified depending on one's financial positioning.

On an average, the package for the students of the Program in Graphic, Web, and 2D Animation offered by MAAC, Raipur, ranges from INR 2.5 Lacs to INR 4 Lacs a year, which is based on placement trends for entry-level positions in animation and design companies.

The graduates with a great portfolio and working knowledge of software applications such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and 2D animation software can, at times, secure much better offers, even to the extent of INR 5 Lacs per year with working professionals.

So, the placement success will partially depend on how well a student has performed during the training and internship program, though this, in turn, is always backed by the interstate placements. Therefore, a 2.5-lakh-an-entry package is the gross estimate in early bashing for 2025 or typical for an animation hub region. 

MAAC, Raipur, is a decent option for the Advanced Program in Game Design and Integration. Training in this programme is industry aligned and focuses on tools like Unity and Unreal Engine as well as modeling software.

It is taught by highly experienced faculty. Modern facilities are available to the students as well as practical workshops that are effective in hands-on learning.

Placement assistance is appreciable here, for the school has tie-ups with various gaming and animation firms, although getting through would depend on the individual's self-skill development. Compared to any of the larger universities, an advantage can obviously be found here in favour of MAAC with regard to game design passing students.
