Hi there,
The Bachelor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.) is the 5.5 years duration undergraduate programme. Candidates need to appear for NEET in order to be eligible for admission to M.B.B.S. course offered by CMC Vellore.
Minimum 50% marks in 12th standard with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as subjects from a recognised board + at least 50 percentile in NEET

CMC Vellore 2022 Qualifying marks :
* For GENERAL category the qualifying PERCENTILE is 50% and CUT OFF is 134-701.
* For unreserved PH category the qualifying PERCENTILE is 45% and CUT OFF is 120-133.
* For SC/ST/OBC -PH category the qualifying PERCENTILE is 40% and CUT OFF is 107-133.

Selection to Christian Medical College Vellore is based on performance in an entrance examination, clinical test and interview. MC Vellore offers courses such as B.Sc. BOT, BPT and various Allied Health Science with various specializations at UG level. The basic eligibility is 10+2 or equivalent. The college also provides an mandatory internships along with the course. There is no NRI quota in CMC, admission is done only on the basis of merit, an entrance examination, other tests and interviews.
