Easiest does not always mean the best. Structural Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Soil Mechanics, Construction Engineering, Industrial Engineering are some of the options.

MBA Project Management by distance learning is offered by few universities such as Alagappa University, Tamil Nadu. It will be better for you to do PMP or PRINCE2 certification. Further, it is advised that you may evaluate doing MBA Operations Management which also includes Project Management subjects. MBA Operations Management is offered by IGNOU, Symbiosis, Sikkim Manipal university etc. You may also evaluate MBA Consultancy Management form BITS Pilani, which is most suitable MBA for you.
