You can try construction management, project management or infrastructure management.
These are the courses basically focused on construction. You can also opt for other courses if you want.

If you are interested in post graduation then you should for it. But I should warn you that in the civil engineering world, experience counts more than the number of degrees you have. You won't have any special advantage if you have a Master'sb degree. Post-graduation in civil is good if you want to focus on a particular subject. This is just my opinion.

Civil engineering is an evergreen branch. The work for civil engineers will never end as long as there are people who seek shelter and housing. There will be a great competition in the construction world after some years as everyone will aim for the best.

In the private sector, yes it is good as the project manager has the most authority on the project site. The salary is also higher than any other workers or engineers on site. But to get there, you need to start for the start. That is you need to first become a junior site engineer in a company which is very well reputed to have your desired salary then after a sufficient on-site experience you can get to that position.

First of all, if you want to go for MBA after civil engineering then I'll say you should have done BBA. But if you do construction management, you will be limited to only construction business and if you get into engineering itself you can get the post of the project manager which is better than construction manager (no offence).
