No, you cannot at least in India. Here those two are considered as whole different branches. Architecture is not even considered as engineering.

As we all know, this issue is never going to be solved. But we can say both the branches have never ending scope. Where ever you go, you need shelter, clean water, etc. We get all these with help of civil guys and also the electronics devices and gadgets nowadays are so important for all the people. Both the branches are evergreen branches. So, if you are asking this for your career then I would suggest that you go with your own interest.

Civil engineering is very demandable stream. Because now time every country is doing progress. If you take the example of India. Its a developing country and every day many roads are constructed. So many civil engineers are required and if we talk about Delhi IIT. Its well known in study and placement. If you complete your study with having good knowledge then you can growth in career very easily. Because jobs are totally depends upon your knowledge. Hello,
Hope you are doing well. You don't have any chance for MIT- college of engeineering with 95430 ranks in JEE Mains. you were supposed to secure around 20-25000 rank in JEE mains to make yourself eligible for this college.
Go for semi government or private colleges you will definitely get one.

Well, After CE, you can opt for M.Tech or MBA for Master's degree. I know both are different. But a Master's degree always offers the best options. First, look for these and decide according to your interest.
