Depends upon your percentage as well as location
If you're willing to go outdide go Delhi and join foundation course as well as if you're percent is good you can take admission in du college but then if you are not willing to go please mention a specific location for telling the best college of that area.

CSE (iot) is better option as the faculty members for the course are well experienced and have a good practical knowledge. Also the tie-up for the specialisation courses are done with the companies like IBM, TCS etc. Which helps in providing proper guidance and knowledge.

Yes, I too want to go for IAS as far as I know go for government cllg in Delhi it is best as you can take coaching over there and cllg fee in Delhi university is not too much
