Hi,
Your question is incomplete as you have not mentioned which course/college (in Mumbai) you are asking about. Secondly, if the question is generic in nature, as per the university rules, no college allows 0% attendance. For 0 % attendance, distance learning would be a better option.

If you want to be an engineer and do B.Tech and M.Tech degree, you can not avoid Maths and Chemistry in 10+2 stage. You are advised to take PCM subjects in 10+2 stage to become eligible for appearing in Engineering Entrance Examinations. You may work out a plan to overcome your weaknesses in Maths and Chemistry by self preparations or external support.

You need to opt for PCB which means physics, chemistry and biology. Since for MBBS you need to write NEET exam, you must have PCB.
NEET exam consists of questions from physics, chemistry and biology.
NEET exam is meant for MBBS and BDS only.
