Hello Abhinav,
It's good to know your dream. There are two ways of getting into merchant Navy. One as an officer and the other as sailor. Both are equally good. Since life involves some hardships, pay & allowances are extremely good. Many companies in this field have schools for training as sailor including shipping corporation of India . You will get required information from their webpage.

Do not think much and focus on your studies.
Live in present rather than in future.
JEE Mains is not a tough exam as many people think.

Why do you want to go abroad? In India, there are many good colleges whose degrees are valid all over the world, so don't worry. As you are in class 11th, study well and try to go with IIT so that you get a valuable job easily.
