You must target for IIT-JEE, IITs are best known institutes if you want to work in research field in physics-optics. After B.Tech you can go for MS-PhD from good US university to further carry your research work.
You must target IIT-JEE to get into top engineering colleges like NITs, BITs, VIT apart from IITs.

PCM with computers is what you should choose.

Convince your parents that you don't want to study maths and science.
Don't ever do those things you are not interested in. But still, if your parents are stubborn then first go through NCERT. Solve more and more questions. At the time of exam solve question banks and previous year questions.

Diploma in Interior designing
Diploma courses related to computers and programming

Join IIT coaching and study at home, the school syllabus of class 11th and coaching will take care of IIT JEE syllabus, but you also have to take care that you will have to do some self-study. It does not completely depend on coaching.

Read your school books.
Solve their examples.
Follow your teachers.
