Data Scientist is a technical course and involves use of subjects like Machine Learning, Data Analytics, python etc. A student with B.Tech / B.E. Or M.Tech / M.E. Degrees is generally preferred. Class 11th and class 12th is under the state board, it's not under any university.
You have many schools/colleges in Andhra Pradesh for class 11th and class 12th.

There is no correlation of doing B.Sc. And then doing MBA or M.Sc. Then MBA. Rather MBA is a degree which is primarily done to get in to management and leadership roles but this degree will help you get better role in management.
