There is no specific or defined ratio of Class 11 and Class in which questions are set from the NEET syllabus. It varies from year to year. Based on the previous year's and this year's NEET question paper analysis, it has been observed that the ratio of the Class 12 syllabus is higher than that of the Class 11 syllabus. Here we present the subject-wise ratio of Class 11 and Class 12 NEET syllabi based on last year's analysis. Physics
Class 11 - 40%
Class 12 - 60%
Chemistry:
Class 11 - 46%
Class 12 - 54%
Biology:
Class 11 - 53%
Class 12 - 47%. The ratio may vary next year.

Yes, you can become a software engineer even if you have taken humanities subject after your 10th grade. However, to become a software engineer, you should choose Science stream in higher secondary. Physics Chemistry Maths (PCM) or Physics Chemistry Maths Biology (PCMB) will work. Remember, don't take Biology if your not interested in the subject. Apart from these compulsory subjects, choose Computer Science, Information Practices or Multimedia and Web Technology as your optional subjects.

No, you can't. 11th and 12th from different board is not permissible.

Complete class 11th and class 12th first. Because you will get much better and more possibilities of studying courses after the class 12th. Like NEET JEE/Main/Advanced NDA UCEED NID etc. Can be given after the 12th.
