Data Scientist is a technical course and involves use of subjects like Machine Learning, Data Analytics, python etc. A student with B.Tech / B.E. Or M.Tech / M.E. Degrees is generally preferred. It is possible for you to pursue Chartered Accountancy CA after completing your M.A. In Commerce, even though you have a background in Physics Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) from 11th and 12th. There is no correlation of doing B.Sc. And then doing MBA or M.Sc. Then MBA. Rather MBA is a degree which is primarily done to get in to management and leadership roles but this degree will help you get better role in management.
