Yes, you can apply for hospital management it's good that you have a Bachelor degree in English but it doesn't matter that what you have in your 11th or 12th background you just have to be good at English which is the most mandatory language for the hospital management and you should have 45% in your Bachelors degree so that you can easily get admission in any college of your choice.

In general, if you fail a subject and take a supplementary exam for it, the board will highlight that subject with an asterisk. Below your marks, they will mention that you have qualified for a particular subject in a supplementary exam. Most of the top College take admission on Entrance Basis or Merit basis. Students should have passed out 12th (10+2) with not less than 51% marks to be eligible for Entrance (the percentage may vary from college to college).
