You should study well in your 11th and 12th ( PCM). Appear for JEE, IMUCET or other required entrance exam. IIT Madras, IMU, Andhra University, Hindustan Institute of Maritime Engineering are few well known colleges for marine engineering. Best wishes.

Hello Ashish Baghel, there are thousands of seats available pan India for CSE. But you can perhaps apply for only in your state or in GFTI across India based on JEE Mains results.
