You are going to attend college! That makes you a special person. Many people pass high school and some of them graduate. But out of these graduates only a few of students are truly graduates. Your quest should be how to become an effective engineer. If you feel confident that you must do engineering then go for it with a determined heart. It is not that difficult as it seems. And about the last question you asked : Will 11th and 12th syllabus be repeated in engineering? The answer is yes. Absolutely they will be repeated. Also the new concepts you learn will build upon those you learnt in 1112th. The message I want to convey is that your high school scores don't define your performance in college. College courses require a different approach and attitude than high school. If you dint do well in your 12th grade because you lost interest in studying and still feel the same then it might be a good idea to reconsider where your interests lie.

As an alumnus of LPU, I feel proud to answer this question.
