Yes You can do MCA after completion of B.Com. simultaneously you can do some international certification like CCNA or MCSE with definitely you can join an IT company.

If you're good enought in Accounting in comparison to maths. after 10+2 you can go for CA,CS,ICWA these are the best options and are post graduate degrees.
and regarding earnings. after being ca n some experience. You'll earn untill you're alive n a tagline for CA is "Money Printing Machine"
Indian CA's are required abroad too.!!

I think BBA is pretty good option for commerce stream students as very unique and new specializations are available these days like Digital marketing, Travel & Tourism, Auto Marketing, Retail marketing, Logistics etc. These are fresh sectors with great scope and tremendous job opportunities. A full fledged degree program will give you deep understanding and you can get good job opportunities after completion of the course. For these courses you can look for colleges like UPES Dehradun, UTM Shillong, Chirst university etc as they have good faculty, placements and infrastructure.

CS
Acturial science
Economics hons
Psychology
Philosophy
Development study
BBA
B.com -hons
B.com-llb
B.com + B.ed - Special education

You should go for full time mba
Most of the b schools require entrance exam
So appear for exams like CAT , CMAT or various others so start preparing from now onwards
Check out which college you want and appear for that exam
For eg IIM accepts CAT and CAT is accepted nationwide in most colleges
XLRI accepts XAT
so find out mba colleges mba specialisatins fees locations and then decide

General Eligibility Criteria for BBA Course
-Should be a citizen of the country
-General age bar is a minimum of 17 years and maximum 22 years
-Residents of the state are given preference
-No criminal records in the state and the national level
-Other than this the candidate should be mentally and physically cable for doing the course.
Academic Eligibility Criteria for BBA Course
-Passing Higher Secondary or equivalent is a must
-Minimum of 40% in the qualifying exam
-English should be one of the subjects
