You must take the SAT if you wish to pursue your Bachelor's degree in US. But you are already pursuing your B.Com, if you plan to study PG, you have to check the country-specific requirements and take the exams accordingly.

The duration of the course is 5 years and to get admission into B.Arch. the student must be fulfilled the following conditions:
10+2 or equivalent with minimum 50% marks along with compulsory subject of mathematics.
10th + 3 years diploma in any stream from a recognized university/ board/ institution.
Cleared NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) with the 80% marks conducted by Council of Architecture.

Yes, possible. Scholarships are given on a merit basis system, you will be considered for scholarship as and when you apply. 85% is a very good score. You must also take the IELTS to meet the English language requirements. Check university websites for additional requirements, deadlines etc and apply early. The sooner you apply the better is the chance for receiving scholarship.

You may apply. SPP colleges would suit your academics but admissions would be competitive. You must also take IELTS. You can check colleges like Humber, Algonquin, Fleming, Fanshawe, Durham, Langara, etc.
