Class 12-science

You cannot join ISRO just after 12th. You are advised to gain Engineering or Science graduation or Post Graduation degree to join ISRO as a Scientific Officer.
You are eligible to join IIST on the basis of JEE Advanced score to do Engineering graduation degree. All educational expenses at IIST are paid of Government of India with job in ISRO subject to availability of vacancies and performance in graduation degree.

Best career will be definitely in medical field whether in research or a doctor. But according to me, no field is best until we do not like that so any career you choose but do your best in that and success will be right there with you. A lot of hard work with dedication is also required.

Choose the subject or programme basis your interests, aptitude and career plans. Any graduate who has passed or appearing for the final year 3 years graduation degree examination in any discipline (Science, Commerce, Arts, Engineering or any approved University) is eligible to apply for admission in MCA postgraduate degree course. Candidates must have mathematics as a subject in their 10+2 course or any one year of graduation degree.
You are not eligible for seeking admission in MCA no. You are advised to choose any graduation degree of your choose and appear for MCA entrance examination in final year of graduation degree.
