Yes you can do. But mcc offers only diploma course in mass communication. They offer MA post graduate degree in journalism and mass communication.

If you are talking about monthly salary of 50k at the starting then I think it is difficult to get the same with engineering field.

You can pursue civil engineering from a government college. and there is a good scope in civil engineering.

BBA degree has been chosen by science students, but ultimately it depends on your area of interest. If you see it as a viable career option then please opt for the same.

Sorry to say, but with only 63 marks in JEE Mains, you are not eligible for any college.
Admission starts with 150+ in JEE Mains for a general category student.

Try to understand the topic, refer previous year's question papers/model question paper if available, try to solve them in a given time, use minimum time to solve physics and mathematics problems, spend few hours everyday to study. Good luck.
