No course can guarantee you a job or will not help you getting a job if you are not clear with what you want. So, weigh your likes and dislikes, figure out your career plans and decide. Here are some of the courses which can be pursued after PCM which are always in demand, see what interests you.
Engineering (Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Core Engineering Branches such as Mechanical, Electrical and Civil Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering etc can fetch high paying jobs)

The best thing for you to do is to stick to your syllabus like NCERT and CBSE. Nothing comes out of the syllabus and referring to too many external reference books won't help. Practice a lot from previous years sample papers. Improve your weak areas. With dedication and hard work, you will do well.
