JAVA, C C+ are good courses if you are from computer background. If you are into mechanical, then go for CAD/CAM. for electrical students, MATLAB is worth it.

PCB is always taken for getting into medicals. You should not have taken biology if you never wanted to go for medicals. Which field interest you? You can do BBA and then pursue for MBA. You can do BCom and then pursue for MCom or LLB or MBA. But see, some colleges want maths in 12th for BBA and BCom. U had maths? You can do BA courses and then go for MA. Hotel Management is also an option, if you want to go there. Where do you want to go? Whats your aim?

Yes, you can do. There are colleges like StXaviers that take students who had maths. But there are colleges that take students who did not have maths. Just check the your eligibility in the college in which you want to apply before applying.

u should take pol.sc as your hons subject it will help you to crack govt. jobs exams mainly in ias and state civil service exam as well. many question come from pol.sc. it will help you to crack both civil serbice prelim and main. i think u got ur ans . all the best.
