Hi Mukesh,
As per Delhi University, your best score of any of the 4 subjects is taken into consideration. The options are unlimited, as you have done your class 12 with science. With the combination of biology, physics and chemistry you can take up medicine, dentistry, Pharmacy, agricultural science, dairy science or biological sciences (biochemistry, biotechnology, Microbiology). In non medical, you have Engineering, BSc , BA, BCom, BCA. Bsc will be the best alternative for you as admission to BSc courses is by 12th Marks.

To become IPS you will have to secure top rank in Civil Services exam conducted by UPSC. Any graduate from recognised universty is eligible to appear for Civil Services exam. You may chose your favourite subjects in graduation and prepare well to excel in entrance exam to become an IPS officer.

If you are planning 7 more year of education after 10th class then standard +2 followed by graduation and then post graduation is ideal path. If you are planning only 3 more years of education then 3 year diploma course is ideal. You can get into job after diploma and enhance your educational skills while on job.
