The selection method goes through 2 routes: direct admission and entrance tests. The establishments taking direct admission choose the scholars on the idea of the benefits list. The establishment that prefers the doorway check as admission settle for the innumerable entrance check for law programs like CLAT, AILET, and LSAT. The CLAT Eligibility for UG (undergraduate) course is divided into two parts as follows:

Candidates must have secured 45% marks in aggregate or its equivalent in their 10+2 or an equivalent examination.

Candidates belonging to the reserved categories must have secured 40% aggregate or its equivalent.

Marks and rank obtained by the candidates: Candidates are offered admission on the basis of merit cum preference. Therefore, the marks obtained by the candidate/rank will determine his/her admission chances.

Candidates appearing for the exam will have to score somewhere between 78-90 marks in CLAT 2024 to secure admission in top 5 National Level Universities. 

Yes, HNLU Raipur accepts CLAT score for admission to its BA LLB (Hons.) programme . However, the admission process for the LLM programme is based on the candidate’s performance in the qualifying examination and an interview conducted by the university.As per the official website of HNLU Raipur, the minimum score required to qualify for admission to the BA LLB (Hons.) programme is 45% for unreserved/OBC/Especially Abled Persons (SAP) and other category applicants, and 40% for SC/ST applicants . However, the cutoff scores for admission to the BA LLB (Hons.) programme vary each year and depend on various factors such as the number of seats available, the number of applicants, the difficulty level of the exam, and the performance of the candidates .

The closing rank for BA LLB (Hons) at HNLU Raipur for the General All India category student was 805 in 2023. In 2022 and 2021, the last-round closing rank for BA LLB (Hons) was 756 and 765, respectively.

We are not exactly sure about that, because cuttoff varies every year. But you must score 80 to 85% or above in CLAT to get into the National University of Advance Legal Studies, Kochi.
